Curell Suñol wins the “Impact Case of the Year” at the Managing Intellectual Property (MIP) Awards
We are honoured to announce that CURELL SUÑOL is winner of the “Impact Case of the Year” award for Spain at the Managing Intellectual Property EMEA Awards 2020 for the work of its team of lawyers on CJEU Case C-104/18 P Koton v EUIPO. The Managing Intellectual Property EMEA Awards are presented to firms, individuals and companies behind the most innovative and challenging IP work of the past year, as well as those driving the International IP market.
Two of the team of lawyers of CURELL SUÑOL, Emil Edissonov and Isabella Robledo McClymont, collected the award at the fantastic gala dinner which was held in London on 5 March 2020.
