She joined CURELL SUÑOL in 2018. She is an advisor to clients in trademark and copyright matters. Her functions in the firm consist of preparing and presenting writs in administrative proceedings relating to trade marks before the Spanish Patent and Trademark Office and the EU Intellectual Property Office and in contentious-administrative appeals before the Spanish High Courts of Justice. She advises on the out-of-court negotiations and participates in commercial proceedings before the Spanish courts relating to trade marks. She also deals with matters related to the customs surveillance of trademark rights and police interventions (counterfeiting) representing clients in criminal proceedings.
Graduated in Law at the Universitat Autònoma de Barcelona (UAB) in 2017. Master’s Degree in Access to Law at the Universitat Oberta de Catalunya (UOC) in 2019. Master’s Degree in Industrial and Intellectual Property from the Barcelona Bar Association (ICAB) in 2020. He has participated in the preparation of the report of the Q-273 “Descriptiveness as a defence” (2020) of the Spanish Group of AIPPI and is currently participating in the Q-279 “Reasonable awareness in compensation for infringement of IP rights”.
