He joined CURELL SUÑOL in 2010. His fields of practice at the Firm include trademarks, patents, industrial designs, copyright and domain names. He assists other attorneys in the Firm in litigation and out-of-court cases, and also advises on prosecution and non-contentious matters.
He formerly worked in the IP boutique Roland & Douglas.
He is a Law graduate from the University of Barcelona, Spain (2008). During his time in Law School, he spent a semester at the University of Sheffield, UK, under the framework of LifeLong Learning Programme of the European Commission (2007-2008). He holds a Master’s degree in Intellectual Property and Information Technology from University of ESADE, Spain (2010-2011). He has taken various specialized courses on IP law and a course on Pharmaceutical Law at the Barcelona Bar, as well as distance learning courses on Intellectual Property and Electronic Commerce organized by the WIPO Academy.
He is admitted to Barcelona Bar and is registered to practice before the European Union Intellectual Property Office (EUIPO).
